We want you to love your ZOVA frames. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

How to Return

1. Email us at support@zovaframes.com with your order number
2. We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid label
3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
4. Drop off at your nearest post office

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different style or color, please return your original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest delivery of your preferred choice.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced immediately at no cost to you.
